About AliKat Creative

Hi, I am Alison and I founded AliKat Creative in 2020  when I discovered joy in making things, especially with cute fabrics - I'd probably say I have a fabric addiction.  I love sharing my handmade boutique childrens clothing, and homewares with you, all made here in New Zealand. 

I am passionate about and feature a lot of New Zealand's native flora and fauna in my products as I celebrate the amazing country of New Zealand am so blessed to live in with my husband and two young adults. 

All my boutique children's clothing is made with either 100% cotton, which has been prewashed before sewing.  All crochet products are 100% NZ Merino wool.

All fabrics are pre-washed and dried before sewing to reduce future shrinkage or colour runs. 

All product labeling and packaging is either reusable, recyclable, biodegradable, or reused.  This is my commitment to our environment.
