• 100% Natural Wheat

• 100% Cotton outer & fully lined 

• Approximately 10cm x 10cm

Heat in the centre of the microwave along with a 1/2 cup of cold water on High for 30-60 seconds, making sure to keep the pack dry.  

Do not leave unattended when heating.  When taking out of the microwave, shake the wheat around to even out any hotspots.  Be careful not to burn yourself.  

Do not use with oils, as this may cause the wheat pack to catch fire in the microwave.
